Robert Wharton

Robert has 44 years experience as a corporate transactions specialist and 32 years as a corporate financial services regulatory solicitor. He acts for a wide range of businesses mostly related to the insurance, wealth management and financial advice industries.

In Ringrose Wharton and Ringrose Wharton Advisory Ltd, Robert uses his highly extensive knowledge of corporate law and financial services regulation for the benefit of mutual insurers, IFAs, consolidators and the wealth management industry generally. He works exclusively for the industry and not against it. His advice is pragmatic and is tuned to the commercial outcome required.
